Main Sauvage is a French brand of beautiful baby alpaca soft toys knitted in Bolivia. Roly Poly Puppy is 15cm tall and looking cosy in his grey jumper.
All Main Sauvage's soft toys are knitted and stuffed by hand in a Bolivian Fair Trade Cooperative. They are made from finest baby alpaca wool that makes them extra soft and cosy. Yarns come from a local company that support alpaca breeders living in the Bolivian highlands. The wide range of natural shades that alpaca provides, allows them to imagine products without dyes. However, the coloured yarns they use are dyed using eco-friendly dyes which are approved for toys manufacture. Their soft toys are specifically designed in compliance with the European safety standards. Each design is tested by an external service provider and has a “CE” certificate of compliance.
It happens that some of their soft toys have slight imperfections that makes them unsuitable for selling. They are not ugly or neither dangerous, just a bit different, and want to be loved. They put them aside for the benefit of the Secours Populaire Français charitable organization which provides material and moral support to the families that suffer of poverty, social exclusion, wars, natural disasters in France or abroad.
